Overview

AAA Club Alliance is seeking Full Time Roadside Assistance Tow Truck Drivers for the 1st Shift in Columbus, OH. The role involves assisting members with various roadside services in all weather conditions, showcasing a commitment to customer support and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide tow and recovery services following established guidelines.
  • Perform lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire changes.
  • Communicate effectively with members to ensure their safety and needs.
  • Enter call information accurately using in-truck technology.
  • Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections.
  • Secure fleet vehicles and equipment appropriately.
  • Participate in promotional events for AAA.

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license and maintenance of state licensing requirements
  • 3 years of experience in an automotive or mechanical environment or sales/customer service
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 pounds
  • Effective communication skills in writing, verbally, and via technology
  • Familiarity with GPS technology
  • Willingness to complete training courses
