Overview

The RNC Plumbing Field Supervisor at PF Plumbing is responsible for overseeing field operations for residential new construction plumbing projects. This role involves managing the workforce, ensuring quality installations, and coordinating resources to meet project schedules and budgets while upholding company standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites
  • Supervise field crews and subcontractors to manage productivity and performance
  • Coordinate manpower allocation, project scheduling, and resource planning
  • Monitor installation quality and project progress for timely completion
  • Conduct jobsite visits and quality control evaluations
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate with builders, contractors, and vendors regarding project requirements
  • Review construction blueprints and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Manage material procurement and inventory to avoid project delays
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

Required skills

  • 10+ years of residential new construction plumbing experience
  • Experience in managing plumbing operations
