Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality skilled nursing care in patients' homes
  • Manage G-tube, pediatric care, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support
  • Conduct patient assessments and ensure healthcare compliance
  • Educate patients and families on care procedures
  • Work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required

Required skills

  • RN or LPN license
