Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in Orma, West Virginia. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members
  • Document patient care plans using nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes
  • Perform nursing interventions according to priorities and hospital policies
  • Revise care plans based on evaluations and changes in the medical plan
  • Use clinical judgment to meet patient care needs and establish priorities
  • Complete other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS certification
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
