Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to take charge of applying the nursing process in delivering comprehensive patient care. The role requires clinical judgment and effective decision-making while working under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients' conditions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members
  • Document patient care plans using identified nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes
  • Perform nursing interventions according to priorities and hospital policies
  • Revise care plans based on evaluations and changes in medical plans
  • Use clinical judgment to establish priorities for patient care needs
  • Carry out other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned

Required skills
