Overview

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at KA Recruiting Inc. will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to individuals requiring surgical interventions. This permanent, full-time position involves working in a collaborative team environment to ensure quality patient outcomes, utilizing best practices and informatics.

Key responsibilities

  • Care for patients undergoing surgical/invasive interventions under various types of anesthesia
  • Deliver patient-centered care utilizing a collaborative approach
  • Integrate best and evidence-based practices in nursing care
  • Use data and informatics to improve quality and safety
  • Manage information and support decision making

Required skills

  • Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Baccalaureate in nursing or Board certification preferred
  • Completion of BSN or higher nursing degree by 2020
  • Recent nursing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
