Overview

The RN - Infusion position at OhioHealth involves providing nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Infusion Center. This role emphasizes the importance of ongoing assessment, care planning, and teamwork to enhance patient wellness and satisfaction, all while adhering to the standards set by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments
  • Document planned nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses
  • Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Required skills

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Oncology or Infusion experience preferred
