Overview

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will perform skilled nursing visits and coordinate patient care, while being part of a company recognized for its supportive and innovative culture in home-based healthcare.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform skilled nursing visits and coordinate client care
  • Serve as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care
  • Oversee the frequency of visits during the care episode
  • Consult with the physician regarding patient care details
  • Perform accurate OASIS collection and maintain current medication profiles
  • Ensure timely reporting of lab values to the physician
  • Attend weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings

Required skills

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
  • Knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
  • Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
