Overview

Incredible Health is seeking an RN - Critical Care for hospitals in the Bradenton, FL area. This position requires a dedicated nurse experienced in handling critically ill patients, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work available across various shifts.

Key responsibilities

  • Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care
  • Monitor and provide care to critically ill and unstable patients
  • Manage life-support systems and participate in emergency situations
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans
  • Educate patients and families about care plans

Required skills

  • ADN or higher degree in nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
  • ACLS certification preferred
  • Ability to function effectively under stress
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
