The RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Touchstone Communities is a key leadership role focused on guiding nursing teams to deliver high-quality care in a long-term care setting. This position involves supporting the Director of Nursing, mentoring staff, enhancing resident outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a compassionate care culture.

Key responsibilities

Required skills
