Overview

Grifols is seeking a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) for their plasma donation center in Jacksonville, North Carolina. This role focuses on ensuring donor suitability, providing education, and maintaining high customer satisfaction within a supportive and growing work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability.
  • Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage donor awareness and provide education on health and test results.
  • Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.
  • Assist in employee training and administer Hepatitis vaccine program.

Required skills

  • EDUCATED and currently certified/licensed as RN, LPN, paramedic, or EMT.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in patient care and clinical assessment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.
