OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pickerington, Ohio, who will provide general nursing care to patients and families in diverse, acute healthcare settings. The role requires commitment to on-call shifts with a response time of 30 minutes or less, ensuring high-quality patient care while adhering to safety and efficiency standards in a 24/7 operation.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments.
  • Document planned nursing interventions to achieve patient care outcomes.
  • Evaluate and document response to nursing interventions.
  • Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver nursing care services in compliance with relevant nursing care standards.

Required skills

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • Ability to commit to on-call shifts
