Overview

Palm Health Resources is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join their outpatient clinic team in the Hudson Valley, New York. The position offers a unique opportunity to practice high-quality rheumatologic care in a community-centered setting, focusing on patient continuity and improving access to care in an underserved region.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders
  • Administer biologics, joint injections, and infusions
  • Interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
  • Collaborate closely with internal medicine, PT, and specialty teams
  • Offer occasional telehealth to expand access
  • Educate patients and families on long-term disease management
  • Engage in community outreach and quality improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • MD or DO with Rheumatology Fellowship training
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Rheumatology
  • Licensed or eligible in New York
  • Experience in chronic disease management
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Telehealth experience preferred
