Overview

Micro Precision Calibration, a company with over 30 years of experience in calibration services, is seeking an RF Technician to join its team in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. The technician will work on RF Microwave test equipment and ensure measurement accuracy in various industries, providing local and regional support to clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment using knowledge of electronics and measurement science
  • Identify and utilize appropriate measurement techniques
  • Maintain calibration standards
  • Perform functions within a laboratory setting or at customer sites
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • 2 years of working experience on RF system/module/CCA
  • Experience using RF Test Equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Power Meter, Signal Analyzer)
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and strong Excel skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Electronics/Metrology degree (preferred)
  • Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training (preferred)
  • Skilled RF Technician and experience in calibration of Test Equipment
