In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining rewind equipment while ensuring finished products meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.Previous printing industry experience is not required-training is provided for motivated individuals with manufacturing or machine operation experience.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate rewind/finishing equipment efficiently and safelyMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as neededInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracyRead work orders and follow production specificationsPerform measurements and basic calculations to verify product requirementsTroubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance when neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety and quality proceduresQualificationsPrevious machine operating experience preferredPrinting or converting experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and qualityBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and a strong work ethicABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
