Job Description

Overview

Amazon is seeking a Reverse Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the movement of new and used technology returns globally. The selected candidate will address issues in real-time, ensure effective communication with stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide timely resolution to issues related to technology returns
  • Communicate continuously with external customers and internal teams
  • Create narratives outlining findings on shipment inquiries
  • Lead initiatives to re-engineer business processes for efficiency
  • Escalate problems to relevant teams and follow through on resolutions
  • Pull data from various databases for reporting and analysis
  • Develop performance metrics to assist in driving business results
  • Prepare and share performance dashboards as requested

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Data analysis skills using Excel, Access, SQL or similar tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and process improvement abilities
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours
