Overview

The Returning District Sales Manager at Spirit Halloween is a seasonal role responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple store locations from July to November. The manager will handle all aspects of store operations including sales, employee management, and expense control.

  • Oversee sales, payroll, recruiting, and training

  • Control shrink and related functions
  • Supervise the construction, opening, operation, and closing of assigned stores
