Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Retail Tax Experts On-Site in TurboTax locations across the United States. This seasonal role combines tax expertise and community engagement, focusing on building relationships with customers and providing comprehensive tax services to help them achieve financial success.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax in the community and engage with new prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation services for clients with varying tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Interact with customers both in person and through virtual communication tools.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing 50+ federal and state individual tax returns per season
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and familiarity with Circular 230
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
