Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Tax Experts - Retail On-Site for a seasonal role in TurboTax locations across the United States. This position involves providing tax preparation services and advice to customers in a community-focused environment while helping them achieve positive financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador representing TurboTax locally
  • Engage and nurture leads to convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Provide tax preparation and advice for simple to complex tax situations
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide planning advice
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Connect with clients to build long-term trust and loyalty
  • Address client inquiries and assist in overcoming tax-related challenges

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50+ federal and state 1040 tax returns
  • Proficiency in professional tax preparation software
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM and sales tools
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
