Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated Tax Experts for their Retail On-Site positions at new TurboTax locations. This seasonal role combines tax expertise with community engagement, focusing on helping customers navigate their tax needs while building long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients
  • Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide planning advice
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through genuine engagement
  • Address client inquiries and help with tax-related challenges

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or attorney credential with tax preparation experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including afternoons and weekends
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow customer portfolio
