Overview

Renewed Outdoors, LLC is seeking Retail Sales Associates for its Perrysburg locations. This role offers an opportunity for personal growth and advancement within a young and rapidly growing company focused on sustainability and recycling in the landscape supply sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and grow sales for landscape products
  • Provide customer service for retail and wholesale clients
  • Operate point of sale (POS) systems and manage customer databases
  • Build and nurture relationships with current and potential customers
  • Receive and stock inventory on sales floor
  • Answer phones and take orders
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and wheel loaders
  • Maintain knowledge of landscape products and industry needs

Required skills

  • Customer service experience (3 years preferred)
  • Retail experience (1 year preferred)
  • Experience with point of sale systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment
  • Strong auditory and reading comprehension skills
  • Physical capability to lift 30lbs-60lbs and stand for extended periods
