Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking a Retail Stock & Floor Lead to join their team. As a Retail Stock & Floor Lead, you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Retail Stock and Floor Lead Location: Langley B.C. Pay Range: $20.40-22.70 Shift: Full Time (plus weekly overtime) What's the Job? Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff management Help with store merchandising, shelf stocking, and processing shipments Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure high performance Perform cash management, store opening, and closing duties as needed What's Needed? Ideally, two (2) years' experience in the retail industry Ideally, two (2) years in a supervisory or management role Open availability required (day, evening, weekend) Ability to organize time efficiently and manage priorities effectively Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills What's in it for me?
