Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their home improvement needs while ensuring a positive shopping experience. This part-time role allows you to grow within the company while being part of a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide professional customer service.
  • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
  • Replenish merchandise on shelves as needed.
  • Accurately process orders and deliveries.
  • Cross-train in various store departments.
  • Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
  • Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Required skills

  • 6 months experience using a computer for information processing.
  • 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing or sitting.
  • Capability to lift 25lbs unassisted or 75lbs with assistance.
  • Bilingual skills and certification in trade related to the department are preferred.
