Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will utilize your customer service skills to assist customers in finding the products they need for their home improvement projects. Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service
  • Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
  • Down stock merchandise and replenish supplies
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately
  • Cross-train in other areas of the store as needed
  • Prepare merchandise according to customer needs
  • Guide customers through shopping or checkout
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • 6 months experience using a computer
  • 6 months experience with retail technology
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing or sitting
  • Capacity to lift 25 lbs unassisted
