Overview

As a part-time Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their home improvement needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and solving their challenges while working in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional service
  • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
  • Down stock merchandise and replenish supplies
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately
  • Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store
  • Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
  • Guide customers through shopping or checkout
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • 6 months experience using a computer
  • Experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 25lbs
  • 6 months of retail or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
  • Certification in trade related to department (preferred)
