Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's in Palmdale, California, you will provide exceptional customer service while helping customers with their home improvement needs. This part-time role allows you to engage with customers, assist them in locating products, and ensure their overall satisfaction during their shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
  • Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
  • Replenish stock and process orders and deliveries accurately.
  • Cross-train in various departments to enhance customer service.
  • Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.

Required skills

  • 6 months experience using a computer for data entry and processing.
  • Experience with retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift 25lbs unassisted.
  • Bilingual skills (preferred)
  • Certification in trade-related areas (preferred).
