Dobbs Tire And Auto Centers is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive service environment. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive knowledge and excellent communication skills, managing day-to-day sales operations while ensuring a customer-focused atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their tire and automotive service needs
  • Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories
  • Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts
  • Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with available staff and equipment
  • Track inventory levels and assist with tire stocking
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties
