Overview

Boscov's Department Store is seeking a Retail Receiving Department Manager in Claymont, Delaware. This dynamic leadership role involves supervising a team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient merchandise management within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and participate in the movement of merchandise to the selling floor
  • Manage activities of the receiving and stock functions
  • Train, coach, and develop associates by leading by example
  • Provide functional guidance to the receiving team
  • Oversee and facilitate the movement of merchandise
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Comply with OSHA standards
  • Assist with customer merchandise pickup
  • Maintain appearance of the receiving dock area
