Overview

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to help enhance shopping experiences by providing in-store merchandising support. This role involves building displays, resetting shelves, tracking inventory, and assisting with leadership tasks such as reporting and training new hires.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting and scheduling
  • Train and onboard new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience leading and training people
  • Team leadership
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Physical labor skills, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for recording work
  • Reliable transportation
