Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at SAS Retail Services, you will play a key role in enhancing shopping experiences by providing in-store merchandising support to retailers. Your responsibilities will include building displays, tracking inventory, and assisting with reporting and training of new hires within a dynamic network serving numerous brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting and training
  • Assist in scheduling and onboarding new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience in team leadership and training
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet for work tasks
  • Reliable transportation to and from work location
  • Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
