Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at The Retail Odyssey Company, you will play a vital role in enhancing shopping experiences by providing in-store merchandising support. This includes building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with training and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
  • Onboard new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience leading and training people
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient in using smartphones or tablets for work documentation
  • Strong self-starter with a results-oriented approach
  • Team building skills
