Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at The Retail Odyssey Company, you will be responsible for providing in-store merchandising support to retailers, enhancing shopping experiences, and ensuring optimal product displays. This role requires leadership in training and scheduling while fostering team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting and scheduling
  • Train and onboard new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience leading and training people
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient in using smartphones or tablets
