Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at SAS Retail Services, you will play a critical role in enhancing the shopping experience by providing in-store merchandising support. This includes tasks such as building displays, rotating product on shelves, and managing inventory to optimize sales opportunities for retailers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs
  • Build displays and end caps to enhance product visibility
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory and maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
  • Onboard and train new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team leadership and training experience
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable using smartphone or tablet for work reporting
  • Customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
