Overview

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will provide merchandising support in stores, helping to enhance shopping experiences for customers while also supporting team leadership responsibilities such as training and scheduling.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting and training
  • Schedule and onboard new hires

Required skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Merchandising experience (1-2 years)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
