Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at SAS Retail Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing shopping experiences by providing in-store merchandising support. Your responsibilities will involve building displays, resetting shelves, tracking inventory, and assisting with training and scheduling to foster a productive team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience in team leadership and training
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for work documentation
  • Strong bias for action and results
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
