Overview

The Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at SAS Retail Services will support in-store merchandising efforts for retailers to enhance the shopping experience. The role involves building displays, tracking inventory, and collaborating with leadership on reporting and training.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting and scheduling
  • Onboard and train new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience leading and training people
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with smartphones or tablets for work recording
