Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at SAS Retail Services, you will play a key role in providing in-store merchandising support to retailers. You'll be responsible for building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities, while also supporting leadership with reporting and training tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers

  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
  • Onboard new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Leadership and team training experience
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone or tablet proficiency for work recording
  • Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action
  • Team building skills
