Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at SAS Retail Services, you will shape the shopping experience by providing in-store merchandising support, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs
  • Build displays and end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting and scheduling
  • Train and onboard new hires

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Team leadership and training experience
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with using smartphones or tablets for work
