Overview

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join their team at travel centers in Red Deer, Alberta. This role focuses on ensuring locations are well stocked and organized, providing excellent customer service, and managing vendor and inventory flow to enhance sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure Travel Centers and Plazas are well stocked and organized
  • Deliver fast service and maintain clean facilities for guests
  • Assist guests with their needs in a timely manner
  • Manage vendor and inventory flow
  • Merchandise promotions and value items to increase sales
  • Analyze and understand key reports to boost sales

Required skills

  • Incredible guest service skills
  • Ability to organize and stock shelves
  • Experience with computers and telephones
  • Teamwork skills
  • Retail experience or similar position preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
