Overview

Crown Affair is seeking a Retail Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of retail marketing activities, primarily focused on Sephora. This full-time role in New York City involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance retail initiatives, product launches, and merchandising within the beauty industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of retailer marketing programs and initiatives
  • Assist in product launches and retail marketing campaigns
  • Manage retailer communication and requests
  • Develop and maintain retail marketing calendars and trackers
  • Coordinate cross-functional feedback and project timelines
  • Conduct competitive reporting and market research
  • Oversee visual merchandising briefs and product page audits
  • Track promotional performance and maintain sales trackers
  • Support the execution of sampling programs and in-store events

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail marketing, ecommerce, or merchandising
  • Familiarity with Sephora and prestige beauty retail
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Asana is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and maintain attention to detail
  • Collaborative and eager to work cross-functionally
