Berkeys is hiring a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent our company inside major retail partner locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.This is a territory-based position, not a permanent assignment to one store. You will travel between retail locations within your assigned territory based on customer traffic, staffing coverage, seasonal demand, and other business needs.Employees receive a monthly schedule showing their assigned store locations, workdays, and hours. Candidates must have open availability for evening and weekend shifts and reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores AND Southlake office for bi-weekly team meetings. SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm OR 11am-7pmCompensation Starting at $20 per hour plus commission Top-performing Lead Generators can earn approximately $25-$30 per hour, including performance-based incentives.The Opportunity Are you outgoing, energetic, and comfortable starting conversations with new people?As a Retail Lead Generator, you will represent Berkeys inside our retail partner locations, engage customers in friendly conversations about their home-comfort needs, and schedule appointments for HVAC services, repairs, tune-ups, and system estimates.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail, sales, promotions, customer service, or lead-generation experience who is motivated by goals, commissions, and incentives.No HVAC experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to succeed.Territory and Schedule Expectations Please review these expectations carefully before applying:This is a territory-based role supporting multiple retail partner locations.Employees are not permanently assigned to one store.Store assignments may change based on business needs, staffing coverage, customer traffic, and program performance.Employees receive a monthly schedule identifying assigned store locations, workdays, and hours.Schedule flexibility and open availability are required, including evenings and weekends.Holiday availability may be required based on retail operating hours and business needs.Reliable transportation is required for regular travel between assigned retail locations.Monthly department meetings and occasional training may be held at our Southlake office.New-hire orientation and onboarding will be conducted at the Southlake office.Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential part of this position.What's in It for You?
