PetSmart is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor to join their team in Longview, Texas. This role involves providing excellent service to pet parents while overseeing store operations and supporting associate development. Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the associate experience through training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching
  • Drive pet parent experience and outcomes through various channels
  • Promote and coordinate store events such as adoptions and vet partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Provide feedback into associate performance evaluations and manage grievances
  • Delegate daily tasks and oversee associate engagement
