Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart plays a crucial role in enhancing the experience of pet parents while ensuring the store adheres to company standards. Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate experience and support development through training and mentoring
  • Drive pet parent experience strategies and respond to customer concerns
  • Promote and coordinate store events and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
  • Act as the Leader on Duty and supervise associates in daily operations
  • Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Assist with live pet sales and adoptions
