Overview

PetSmart is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, to enhance the pet parent experience and support team development. This role involves leading associates, ensuring store operations align with company standards, and fostering a customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the associate experience and support development through training and mentorship
  • Drive pet parent experience strategies and respond to concerns
  • Promote and coordinate store events and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold safety standards
  • Lead and delegate daily tasks when acting as Leader on Duty
  • Supervise associates and provide performance feedback to supervisors
  • Assist in various store departments as needed

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Full-time availability with flexible scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
