Overview

As a Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart, you will provide exceptional service to pet parents while driving engagement and overseeing operational aspects of the store. Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate training, onboarding, and development

  • Manage customer interactions through various channels

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
