Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart in Reston, Virginia, plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to pet parents while leading the associate team. Key responsibilities

  • Assist with merchandise recommendations and support online order pickups
  • Ensure a safe environment for associates, pets, and customers
