PetSmart is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) in Emporia, Kansas. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive experience for pet parents while ensuring store operations align with the company's mission and values. The supervisor will lead associate development and oversee daily tasks while enhancing customer engagement and store cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the associate experience and support development through training and mentoring.
  • Drive pet parent experience strategies and address customer concerns.
  • Promote store events and partnerships for pet adoptions and services.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure a safe environment.
  • Assist in operational duties including POS transactions and merchandise recommendations.
  • Supervise associates and assist in performance feedback.
  • Ensure the store meets cleanliness and merchandising standards.

Required skills
