Overview

PetSmart is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor in Arvada, Colorado, who will provide exceptional service to pet parents while leading store operations and associate development. This role emphasizes safeguarding the pet parent experience through engagement, training, and maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching
  • Support associate performance reviews and address grievances
  • Manage pet parent interactions and resolve concerns
  • Coordinate store events and marketing for adoptions and partnerships
  • Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with policies
  • Assist with point-of-sale operations and cash handling
  • Oversee safety protocols for pets and associates
  • Participate in store opening and closing procedures

Required skills

  • Leadership experience preferred
