Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to pet parents while supporting associate development and engagement. This position entails managing store operations, overseeing customer interactions, promoting initiatives, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both pets and customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to pet parents in-store and online
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and mentoring for associates
  • Supervise associates and address any performance issues
  • Manage store cleanliness, merchandising, and adherence to policies
  • Promote and coordinate store events and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare and assist with online order pickups
  • Ensure safety protocols for pets and associates are followed
  • Backup point-of-sale operations and handle cash transactions
  • Support various services offerings as needed

Required skills
