PetSmart is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor in Manchester, New Hampshire, to provide exceptional service to pet parents while aligning with the company's mission and values. This role involves overseeing store operations, driving customer engagement, and supporting associate development.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate experience and support their development through training and mentoring.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address pet parent concerns both in store and online.
  • Promote and coordinate store events and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with store cleanliness and operational policies.
  • Act as the Leader on Duty, supervising associates and managing daily tasks.
  • Maintain store standards and uphold brand integrity.
  • Support with live pet sales and adoptions, ensuring a positive experience.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
